"The HeartMath® Coherence techniques are so accessible, simple, and effective. As a meditator for over 15 years, I discovered HeartMath® when I was a research participant in a study on the effects of meditation on heart-brain coherence. The techniques and biofeedback technology have been transformational for the depth of my own practice. I am so excited to incorporate HeartMath® with my patients, as it allows for me to incorporate the essential aspects of emotional, mental, and heart-centered healing into my integrative Physical Therapy practice."
-Dr. Jessie Tierney, HeartMath® Trauma-Sensitive Practitioner and Physical Therapist
